Hi, my name is Salu and I’m a photographer based in sunny St. George, Utah. I specialize in documentary-style sports and lifestyle photography; meaning I’m there to capture high-voltage energy, split-second action, and genuine moments as they actually happen. Whether I’m tracking chaotic match days, running logistics behind the scenes, or diving into data and design, my goal is simple: show up, do the work, keep it clean, and deliver visuals that come alive.

This all stems from a lifelong obsession with elite competition. Hockey is my first love. I’ve spent way too many years emotionally invested in the Penguins, and I firmly believe playoff hockey stands alone as the peak of human athletic performance. On the flip side, I also love the spectacle that is Formula 1: the politics, the rivalries, the mechanical heartbreak, and the high-stakes gamble of pit wall strategies.

And I really believe that my genuine appreciation for sports has allowed me to understand the emotional highs and lows of competition when I'm shooting these athletes in their element.
